Yan Chai Hospital schools are partnering with AgiBot to organize an Interactive Robotics Introduction Session. Students will have the opportunity to experience the fun of interacting with robots firsthand, while gaining a better understanding of advanced technology through engaing activities.

The “AgiBot – Robotics Interactive Introduction Session” was successfully held at Yan Chai Hospital Chiu Tsang Hok Wan Primary School. The event aimed to give primary school students close exposure to artificial intelligence and robotics technology. Through lively and engaging interactive activities, it sought to deepen their understanding and spark greater interest in technological development.

The event specially invited Alice Chiu Tsang Hok-Wan, BBS, JP to attend. Representatives from the Hong Kong Representative Office of the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Application Cooperation Center Enterprise Alliance — Dr. Darren Zheng, Ms. Tracy Tang, Mr. Leo Li, and Prof. Linwen Ho — together with Mr. Jonas Fung, School Director of Yan Chai Hospital Chiu Tsang Hok Wan Primary School, participated in the event, witnessing this technology-filled and inspiring gathering.

During the event, AgiBot presented captivating robot performances for the students. In the “Dancing with Robots” segment, the robots moved flexibly to the rhythm of music, showcasing advanced motion control technology. In the “Robot Storytelling” segment, students engaged in interactive conversations with the robots. The robots told engaging stories using lively voices and expressive facial features. Students actively asked questions and participated enthusiastically, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere.

Through these enjoyable and educational experiences, the students not only felt the charm of robots firsthand but also gained an initial yet profound understanding of AI applications and future technological developments.

This event successfully promoted exchange and collaboration between the school and technology enterprises, broadened the students’ horizons in science and technology, and planted the seeds of innovation.
